Ages 7 - 16 years

At a glance

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, all-in-one hub for dancers looking to excel in the competitive dance world. This dance programme is thoughtfully structured with input from experts to build robust movement competence and physical performance across age groups. Each child receives a lesson plan that supports both physical development and mental readiness—minimising guesswork and empowering dancers to progress confidently toward their competitive goals. Below are the class types they will participate in.

Additionally, each year is structured into three key phases: pre-season training, focused on building strength, technique, and injury prevention; in-season, where dancers refine performance and maintain peak condition; and post-season, dedicated to recovery, reflection, and setting goals for future growth.

*Training will be on one weekday evening and one full weekend. Schedule subject to change.
