🩰 Adult Beginner Ballet (Trial Class)
Day & Time: Thursdays, 8:15pm – 9:30pm
Trial Fee: $40
Learn the fundamentals of ballet in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Focus on:
Basic positions & posture
Balance and coordination
Stretching and flexibility
Simple routines and combinations
No experience needed!
💃 Adult Beginner Jazz (Trial Class)
Day & Time: Thursdays, 7pm – 8:15pm
Trial Fee: $40
Energetic, expressive, and fun! Jazz classes focus on:
Rhythm and musicality
Basic jazz steps and movements
Full-body conditioning
Confidence and expression
Perfect for adults who want to move, groove, and feel energised!
